Tara is a dedicated Ashtanga yoga student and E-RYT 500 teacher (Yoga Alliance accredited experienced teacher). She dedicates her life to practicing the 8 limbs of yoga into her daily live, among others Yoga Asana (postures). She studies with authorised, certified and very experienced teachers worldwide, Laruga Glaser, Heather Serna, Petri Räisanen, Kristina Karitinou among others.

She practices  daily pranayama and meditation and studies monthly with her teacher Sunil Sharma in Rishikesh, India.

Tara is passionate about teaching beyond instruction. Working with her hands and engerty gives her great joy each day. The deep connection and mutual trust between teacher and student that is the result of this is what Tara considers the gift of touch.
